Art/History


We went back in time this weekend for a friend's Renaissance party.

The kids love this time period and have alot of fun dressing up as pretty maidens and brave knights.


The weather was only so-so the rest of the week so we stayed in and did some artwork. First the kids painted suncatchers.

Then we spent a couple of days studying the life and art of Van Gogh and made our own versions of Starry Night. I think they turned out pretty good!
